DELIVERY

DOMESTIC All items are dispatched with in 24hr of receipt of cleared payment (purchases after 10AM Friday will be sent Monday). Items are sent on DHL 48hr service, items are collect and delivered Monday to Friday. Smaller items are sent with either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. Please be aware that couriers will require a signature for the item to be delivered, so preferable provide a business address or one where some is likely to be in. If that is not possible please leave a message when completing checkout and state where the courier can safely leave the parcel if you're not in when the the delivery takes place eg. porch, shed, neighbour etc. You will be notified on the dispatch of your goods by form of an automated email, this will also contain a link to allow you to track you consignment (non Royal Mail consignments only). Then you will so receive automated email notification of when your item/s are out for delivery. This service is only available if you complete our complete checkout procedure and is unavailable with express checkout. For dispatch to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or other near shore Islands of Great Britain there is a additional £3.00 charge. If you need your item/s delivered very urgently; timed and Saturday delivery services are available- please contact. We cannot be held responsible for delivery times once the item/s have been dispatched, if in the very unlikely event there was a problem we would of course do our up most to resolve any issue as soon possible. If you are not in when the delivery takes place and you are 'carded', it is your responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date or collection from the depot, if this isn't done within the permitted time scale the item will be returned to us and a re-dispatch charge will be incurred at your cost. COLLECTION OF GOODS Collection of goods is welcomed. Cash is preffered.
